Aim and Objectives:
Human Medico-Legal Consultants Pvt Limited is a company registered under the companies Act. The companys shareholders are mainly the medical professionals who have initiated this venture to provide services to the community in the field of medico-legal and ethical issues and quality care. The aim of the company is to provide medico-legal consultancy, expert services and financial assistance as per the needs and guidelines. The company is also working in improving the doctor- patient relationship, communication skills, documentation and record maintenance. The company shall also promote the academics; evidence based scientific research and issues related to medical negligence or malpractice. The company shall also help in resolving/ amicably settling the disputes (through communications or discussions) between the affected / involved members of the community in order to avoid the future complaints and litigations. The overall aim of the company shall be to create harmonious relationships amongst the various stake-holders so as to create an atmosphere of trust and faith during medical and health care services.

Indian Medico-Legal and Ethics Association
Indian Medico-Legal and Ethics Association is a national organization of Medical fraternity with membership from various branches and specialties. The association offers equal membership to all the doctors (Modern medicine, Dental, Ayurveda and Homoeopathy etc.) irrespective of their field of practice / specialization. The association look after the needs of the members during medico-legal problems and ethical dilemmas. The association is an academic body with the aim of creating the awareness about the various issues through publication of journals, text books and arranging CMEs, workshops, conferences (District, State or National) as and when possible. Medico-legal group of IAP
The Medico-legal group of IAP is a subspecialty chapter of Indian Academy of Pediatrics (IAP, the organization of Pediatricians). This chapter is an academic body working on the issues related to medico-legal and ethical dilemmas in practice of medicine. The group works with the aim of creating the awareness about the various issues through publication of journals, text books and arranging CMEs, workshops, conferences (District, State or National) as and when possible. The chapter is working in collaboration with various Government and non-government organizations like Police, Judiciary, FOGSI, IMLEA, IMA etc. The membership includes Pediatricians those are interested in these issues. The chapter is an academic body for framing the scientific and evidence based guidelines, recommendations in the field of medico-legal, ethical and quality care issues.
Human Milk Banking Association (of India)
The Human Milk Banking Association (of India) is a national organization of medical fraternity with membership from various branches and specialties. The association offers equal membership to all the doctors (Modern medicine, Dental, Ayurveda and Homoeopathy etc.) irrespective of their field of practice / specialization.) who want to work in the field of human milk banking and related issues. This association is associated with and working regarding the issues related with human milk banking, Infant feeding practices, child nutrition, mothers dietary needs and overall nutritional issues of the community / society. The association is working in collaboration with various Government and non-government organizations like WHO, UNICEF, FOGSI, IMLEA, IMA, IYCF chapter of IAP etc. The membership includes Pediatricians, Obstetricians, Community health experts/ workers and those interested in the human milk banking issues. The association is an academic body for framing the scientific and evidence based guidelines, recommendations in the field of human milk banking. The association also organizes workshops, CMEs and conferences so as to update the knowledge of its members and community regarding human milk banking, IYCF practices and mother and child nutrition. The association does not accept any financial or monetary support from the companies banned under IMS Act.
